Description of fields
Note: * denotes required fields. **denotes required field for videos with program type 'Event'
| Parameter | Explanation |
|---|---|
| name * | The name of the Video |
| image | The image filename —do not add modifiers, such as thumb or size specifications, such as 150px. |
| caption | A caption for the image. Only individually list wrestler names if there are six or below wrestlers; for seven and above, use "various wrestlers". |
| alt | Alternate text for the image. See WP:ALT for more details. |
| Catalog Number * | The Catalog Number for the video. |
| Case Style | The case style Should be noted here as either clamshell, oversized slip cover, or standard slip cover. |
| Program Type * | The type of program presented, either compilation, personality, or event |
| Run Time * | The total run time of the video cassette. Total Time should include all previews and extra footage included on the opiginal video release. |
| Format | The Formats available for the video; VHS, Beta. |
| Release Date | The Date the video was released. |
| Event Date ** | Date of the Event - use only for program type 'event'. |
| Event City ** | The city in which the event was held - use only for program type 'event'. |
| Event Venue ** | The venue(s) of where the event was held - use only for program type 'event'. |
| lastvideo | The previous video in the series. |
| nextvideo | The next video in the series. |
